Domestic Delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 days
For shipments delivered outside DELHI, the customer’s state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be re-imbursed.
Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
International shipping charges are $15-$36, (regardless of the number of the items ordered). Price and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via FedEx. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
International delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 days.
For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be re-imbursed.

We use FedEx for International & other Best Courier Companies for domestic shipments. When Courier Company picks up each day, emails containing your package tracking information will be sent to you.
Delivery
All "in-stock" orders received before 1:00 p.m. India Time will be shipped same day and orders received after 1.00 p.m. will be shipped by the next business day. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time.
Cancellations / Changes to your order
We provide a service and are not a regular store. As such we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once your order has been placed and we have charged your credit card.
Refunds
Important Note for Returning Items
To return the items, you are responsible for the return shipping charge and please ensure that the items are securely packaged, complete and place a return address label on the parcel. Postage cost will only be refunded if the items are faulty.
We recommend that you send the returns by Recorded Delivery or only similar method of shipping which provides written proof that the package has been dispatched. Regrettably, without such proof of postage, we cannot accept any claims for lost items.
Engraved/Personalized Any items that have engraving or any personalization made to them are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges due to the customization of each item.
Shipping/Handling and Gift Wrap: If the return is a result of our error, process a return of the item with our Returns Department for a refund of the appropriate shipping and gift wrap charges. Shipping charges and gift wrap fees are not refunded otherwise. Please note that if you did receive free shipping on your order, actual courier charges may be deducted from your return amount.
Discounts and Promotions: The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount.
Sale Items: Sale items are not subject to returns or refunds unless otherwise stated on the item.
For shipping your return to us, we suggest using UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. While this will not be refunded to you, it will protect you from packages lost in transit. Please be sure to keep your tracking number until your package has been received.
After a return has been received, it can take up to 20 business days to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.
International Customer
Please state that the parcel is a returned Item, if this is not marked on the package, we will be charged import tax.
Faulty items and Received incorrect items
We take great care to process your order but if you receive a faulty item, please call +91 9971434949 or contact sales@orosilbermail.com. We will respond as soon as possible and instruct you on how to deal with this problem, please do not send the item back to us without contacting us first.
If you receive incorrect item, please send the items back to us, on receipt of these we will send you the correct item. The cost of shipping the incorrect item will be fully refunded to
