1. Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase and must not be part of above list

2. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.

3. In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.

4. In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither orosilber.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.

Domestic Delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 days.

For shipments delivered outside DELHI, the customer’s state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be re-imbursed.

Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

International shipping charges are $15-$36, (regardless of the number of the items ordered). Price and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via FedEx. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

International delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 days.

For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be re-imbursed.
